Because my ego dictates that I finish and put out there the only panel I moderated on the last two weeks of #theCube before I get to any of the work John pays me for, I’m putting out one of the most interesting (to me) discussions from the last two weeks of being on the road. The conversation was with myself, and the EMC social media team: Len Devanna, Jamie Pappas and Thom Lytle. We talked about a wide array of topics, ranging from the blogger’s lounge at #EMCworld (which Len was in charge of) to the cultural shift at EMC from a command and control organization to one that qualifies as “socially savvy.”

It’s a rare peek behind the curtain on a 30-year-old company on how they’ve made the transformation.
