This one is actually riffing off the idea that a lot of the music we enjoy is itself a riff off the swing and big-band era. In general, these things seem to be the feel good songs that by modern musical classifications don’t really fit into a specific subgenre we’re familiar with. There’s a bit of some old school in here, mixed with the news school. Some stuff with a techno feel, some stuff called 2step that you may or may not have heard of, some flamenco guitar work, and some classic rock covered to sound swing-y.
Just go check it out. I’m pretty sure you’ll love it.
